terms of service
junelune's terms of service - last updated and valid from 31/07/24by purchasing a commission from me, you agree to my terms of service.
NOTHING made, created, drawn, or produced by me may be used in the use of AI prompts or blockchain technology, such as NFTs or cryptocurrencies.
i do not interact with AI or NFT profiles - and if you support any of the listed, i politely suggest you leave my profile.
i reserve all rights to my artwork to use as i see fit.
i will never commercially sell artwork of your character without your explicit permission,
— i only take paypal for payment where i'll send you an invoice.
— i will not start your commission until payment has been received
— commissions typically have a 2 day - 1 week turnaround time. i will let you know in advance if i think your commission might take me slightly longer.
— i will send you a sketch to confirm before it is finalised and lined.
— i work in a queue of oldest - newest, meaning oldest commissions are finished first.
— i do not offer refunds once a commission has started. if you change your mind BEFORE it has been started, kindly ask me about the status of a refund. the only time i may refund from my end is in the event of unavoidable personal life emergencies.
i will draw

i will not draw
• 18+, nsfw (not safe for work.)
• mecha, robots.
• an oc that you do not own (unless you have proof of permission from the owner.) this includes video game or tv characters.
• anything hateful, homophobic, racist, political, etc just be nice.
if anything isn't listed here, feel free to ask!
*may come with an extra complexity fee and will be listed in the final price!
you may
• ask OCCASIONALLY for updates, although i will already give you updates when i see fit.
• add my commissioned work to character storing websites such as Toyhouse with proper credit linked back to my profile TH@junelune - if you are unsure of where to credit, check my socials linked below.
• add worth or value to a character only if it was a paid commission or an art payment.
• feel free to request a quote or simply ask any questions prior to commissioning me!
you may not
• remove my watermark
• alter or edit my artwork in anyway. if you want something minor changed after the fact, just ask. if it's a large change, i may charge an editing fee of £5 gbp at most.
• post my art to other art sharing websites (instagram, deviantart, twitter, so on.)
• use my work for profit (make merchandise, sell my art, so on.)
• add worth to the character if it was an art gift or trade.

£4 gbp
typically on a 2000 x 2000 px canvas or lower, will be cropped around illustration.

fullbodies
£8 gbp
typically on a 3000 x 3000 px canvas.

scenes
£20 gbp or £15 gbp
typically on a variation of a 3000 x 3000 px canvas.
please specify any pose, emotion, or background ideas!
please also specify if you'd like a full scene (left) or a framed scene (right).+ £10 gbp for an extra character
