Commission prices

My commission status will be announced on my Instagram profile as well as my Discord server.

Please note the following:

  • I have the right to decline any service for any reason. Please do not take it personally.

  • Prices are listed in GBP - it is down to you to research and ensure you have enough funds for any possible currency exchanges.

  • My artwork is stylised, meaning any details can be simplified or complexified to my liking. If this does not suit you, please discuss with me before purchase.

  • Overtly bright or dark colours may be edited for better visibility.

Terms of Service

Upon ordering anything from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service listed below.

If there is any rule you wish to discuss with me, please do so before ordering.

Failure to follow my terms of service will result in a block/blacklist.

GENERAL

  1. I have the right to decline any service for any reason.

  2. Do not be rude. I will not tolerate poor behaviour and any services will be terminated if so.

PAYMENT

  1. I accept Great British Pounds (GBP).

  2. Payments are always via PayPal Goods & Services. You will receive a link to my profile upon going through with a service.

  3. You must send the full payment within 24hrs for me to begin your order. If you require an extended time period, please discuss this with me beforehand. Failure to send full payment within the given time period will result in a terminated service.

  4. I do not accept refunds unless I cancel the service for which ever reason. You will be given upfront notice as well as a full back-payment ASAP.

  5. At the moment I do not accept payment plans. I may do so in the future as prices increase.

ART USAGE

  1. Any artwork you receive may not be reuploaded to any personal image-sharing website without my consent.

  2. Sharing any artwork you receive from me on reference sharing websites is permitted. Ensure proper credit is given.

  3. Personal use* of my artwork is always permitted. When using the art in any personal way, proper credit should be given.

  4. Do not redistribute or reproduce my artwork in any form for personal profit - such as selling it as a physical or digital product.

  5. Drawing or editing my artwork is strictly forbidden. If you require a change, please discuss it with me.

  6. Any unfinished artwork such as sketches may be completed by yourself or any partners.

  7. My artwork retains it's final value at purchase - it will not increase nor decrease over time. If you would like to verify the value of a certain piece, simply ask.

  8. My artwork is not to be used for the purpose of any blockchain or AI technology, including NFTs or cryptocurrency.

* - Personal use includes, but is not limited to: using artwork as profile decoration, posting artwork in character galleries, cropping artwork to use as profile pictures. If there is any other way you wish to use my artwork but is not listed here, please discuss it with me.

COPYRIGHT

  1. All of my artwork is copyrighted to me. You may not claim any of my artwork as your own creation. Characters depicted in my artwork still hold the copyright of their owner/designer.

  2. I reserve the right to use my artwork in any way I see fit, which may include, but is not limited to: reposting the artwork on social media, sharing the artwork in a personal portfolio, using the artwork as an advertisement example for the same service. Any artwork you commission from me will never be used under commercial circumstances unless I discuss it with yourself beforehand.
